Payment Policy

Our Early Bird Registration Fee is US$1,900.  To be eligible for the Early Bird Registration Fee, payments must be received by May 30, 2011.  Persons paying after May 30, 2011 but before June 15, 2011 will be eligible for our Special Registration Fee of US$2,000.  Registration fees for persons paying between June 15, 2011 and July 01, 2011 is US$2,200.  Registration closes July 01, 2011. Payments must be received by July 01, 2011 in order to be considered registered for the conference.

Participants must submit payment in ordered to be considered registered for the conference.  Instructions for payments will be transmitted by email once the completed registration form is received.  Note that submission of a completed registration form does not constitute full registration for this conference. Payment must be received in order to complete this process.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference organizers ESP Consultants (Caribbean) Inc. at the following email address:

Cancellations made prior to July 01, 2011 will be charged 25% of the registration fee for the event.  Any cancellations made after July 01, 2011 will be charged 75% of the registration fee for the event.

ESP Consultants (Caribbean) Inc. (ESP) reserves the right, without having to refund any monies to participants, to make changes in its conference program, schedule, sessions, events, should ESP, in its sole discretion, deems such changes necessary or advisable.  Similarly, ESP further reserves the right to cancel the conference entirely, in which case ESP’s liability to participants shall be strictly limited to a refund of registration fees paid for the conference.
